The Senior Conference Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, high-profile medical conferences and events.Senior Conference Manager responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of international conferences with 1,000+ delegates
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and expectations
Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones
Oversee all aspects of event logistics including registration, housing, AV, speaker management, and vendor coordination
Manage sponsorship and exhibition sales and execution
Lead internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and high-quality delivery
Ensure quality control and operational excellence across all project components
The successful candidate has:
A minimum of 3 yearsâ experience managing large-scale association or medical conferences
A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, event management, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
Proven experience managing complex conference budgets of $500,000+
Exceptional communication, customer service, and cross-cultural relationship management skills
A strong understanding of end-to-end conference logistics and stakeholder engagement
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $80,000 â $95,000 depending on experience
