  • Lead and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements, ensuring the delivery of quality results within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients onsite to build strong relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and encouragement to help them thrive.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and on budget.
  • Conduct research on complex auditing and accounting issues to provide insight and guidance to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, client growth, and service expansion to support business goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required. You must be in good standing with CPA Ontario (this will be verified prior to interview with client).
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance engagements.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Knowledge of current accounting principles (ASPE, GAAP, GAAS) and auditing standards.
