The business is seeking a General Manager to assume full ownership of retail performance, carrier engagement, and execution standards across multiple locations.This role is ideal for a leader who understands how carrier strategy must translate into daily store-level activity and measurable results.Key Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the carrier partner
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of carrier promotions across all retail locations
  • Drive consistent sales productivity and outbound activity at the store level
  • Lead, coach, and hold Store Managers accountable to performance metrics
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions quickly * Experience in conducting door to door sales.Maintain compliance with carrier programs, reporting, and standardsIdeal ExperienceLeadership background with TELUS, Bell, or RogersExperience managing multiple retail locationsStrong operational and execution mindsetLocation: Metro Vancouver / Delta (field-based)
