Responsibilities for Loss Prevention Officer

Monitor store activity to detect and prevent theft
Conduct undercover surveillance when required
Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
Enforce company policies and procedures
Respond to theft incidents and security concerns
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
Provide professional and courteous assistance
Support store management when required
Follow all legal guidelines and company standards
Ensure compliance with site-specific policies
