Senior MongoDB AdministratorWe’re looking for an experienced MongoDB Administrator to keep our databases fast, reliable, and scalable. You’ll take ownership of our clusters, optimize queries, manage indexes, and design sharding strategies to handle large-scale data.Responsibilities:Optimize queries, indexes, and schema design for peak performanceManage sharded clusters and replication for high availabilityMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database performance issuesCollaborate with developers on data modeling and pipeline optimizationAutomate maintenance, backups, and monitoring tasksRequirements:5+ years of MongoDB experience in productionDeep expertise in performance tuning, sharding, and replicationStrong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)Comfortable with Linux and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)Nice to Have:Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and other databasesJoin a fast-paced, data-driven team and help shape the architecture that powers our applications.
