- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission structure (minimum 4x earning potential)

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for legal roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the legal sector
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on hiring trends and talent strategies
- Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within legal or professional services
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven or commission-based environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be able to work from a downtown Toronto office as part of a hybrid model
