We have an opening for Inside Sales at our Burnaby location.What you will do:Communicate with customers primarily by phone and emailProvide timely quotations and accurate order processing and deliveryRecommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specificationsProcess customer transactions such as orders and returnsEducate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfactionCommunicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveriesAssisting with select returns and warrantiesPrepare small to medium size job quotationsProvide phone and email quotes to customers.Source and price product as per quote request.Maintain records of job quotes.Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.About you:You possess a strong mathematical aptitudeYou have good organizational and communication skillsYou are detail oriented in a deadline driven environmentYou have strong computer skillsYour industry related experience is considered an asset
