
Sales Representative

- Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers within the restaurant, retail, country club, and wholesale sectors
- Develop and execute strategies to expand sales and market share
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to form long-term partnerships
- Manage and grow an existing customer base while continuously identifying new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer fulfillment
- Develop wholesale seafood trade by networking with distributors and seafood buyers
- Understand industry trends and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms to create mutually beneficial agreements with wholesale partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pricing agreements, and market feedback
- Provide weekly sales reports and market insights to the sales leadership team
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the seafood, foodservice, or hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prospect, close deals, and drive long-term sales growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with seafood products and industry trends is a plus
