- Gate keeper of the Annual Planogram Schedule, ensuring all milestones are executed with a high-quality standard and on time, while managing all stakeholders throughout the line review process
- Leads planogram cross-functional kick-off meetings and assists merchants with the supplier communication regarding sample submission expectations and key timelines to be met
- Manages micro (planogram) and macro (floor plan) space analytics with a goal to maximize space productivity in stores by utilizing performance data as well as merchandising strategic vision, while improving overall in store customer experience
- Create and manage planograms in partnership with merchants.
- Recommend and plan fixture usage (e.g., shelving, racks) to support product type and volume.
- Ensure consistent application of space planning principles and framework to ensure standard and logical product flow (e.g., by type, price, or seasonality).
- Contribute to better navigation, flow, and shopability of the store to increase dwell time and conversion
- Identify underperforming areas or products and recommend improvements.
- Partners with real-estate team in developing layouts for store remodels, expansions, or new store openings.
- Manages execution of the Pre Book annual calendar and Pocket Guides for operations, ensuring adherence to standards and accuracy of data issued to franchisees and stores in general
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail or a related field
- 2-3 Years of Space Planning experience working in the Blue Yonder tool
- Strong analytical acumen with ability to drive insights and recommend solutions
- Strong negotiation, organization, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience in influencing upwards and lateral
- In depth working knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA)
