- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of warehouse operators, ensuring safety protocols, ergonomic practices, and 5S standards are consistently maintained
- Conduct and manage sector SIM1 meetings, perform basic troubleshooting, and handle simple maintenance tasks as needed
- Train and certify operators while maintaining versatility matrices and contributing to operational documentation updates
- Coordinate operator movements across positions and sectors based on changing demands and priorities
- Perform hands-on warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping activities
- Strong operational knowledge of warehouse processes and multiple operation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain safety standards
- Technical or vocational education background in relevant field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and training skills with ability to document procedures
