About the Role
We are currently seeking a professional and self-motivated individual to operate in a remote, independent contractor role supporting client engagement along with Business Development within the personal development and leadership education sector.
This role involves following a structured process to engage with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about our services and programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound enquiries in a timely and professional mannerConduct structured introductory conversations (via phone or video)Provide accurate information using a guided processDirect individuals to appropriate next steps within the information pathwayParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentRole StructureRemote, independent contractor arrangementFlexible working hours (self-managed schedule)Operates within a structured system and processOngoing training and support providedCompensationPerformance-based earnings modelEarnings are not salaried and are based on individual output and results
