- Coordinating project schedules with the Project Manager.
- Undertaking, as directed, the Tendering and Procurement processes.
- Organizing and allocating resources, including crews, equipment, and project management time.
- Managing information flow, ensuring proper documentation for each project.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Interacting with clients, maintaining consistent communication on all project aspects.
- Facilitating the change event process, ensuring accurate and timely communication and documentation.
- Undertaking other project tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
- Providing administrative support to the company, as needed.
- Executing some or all of these responsibilities for related companies and initiatives, as required.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Construction Software such as Spectrum or Procore considered an asset.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
