Together, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive growth, deliver education, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the Advanced Surgery portfolio.What You’ll Be DoingRepresenting Baxter’s Advanced Surgery portfolio in surgical suites within your assigned geographyDeveloping a comprehensive understanding of Baxter products, surgical specialties, and devicesCovering surgical cases and communicating outcomes, opportunities, and updates to the TBM and NSMMaintaining, troubleshooting, and educating customers on Baxter regulators and spray equipmentConducting in-service trainings to support appropriate, on-label product usageBuilding, managing, and growing strong relationships with new and existing customersMonitoring industry trends and competitive activity to inform territory strategyPartnering with sales leadership to execute action plans that drive territory performance and achieve sales goalsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room experience.High school diploma or GED required.Strong interest in clinical education and surgical environmentsDemonstrated sales competencies, including:Sales effectiveness and accountability for resultsProduct and clinical knowledge with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersBusiness acumen and competitive awarenessCollaboration across internal teams and customer groupsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA and parts of Northern Ontario (minimal overnight travel required)Residency within the territory or willingness to relocate; familiarity with the geography is preferredWe understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $89,000 - $121,000 annually, which is inclusive of base salary as well as estimated commissions based on expected target performance. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise, and experience, as well as achievement of sales performance to goal.
