Salary: $125,000 to $130,000 per annum
Work Arrangement: On-site, shop
Schedule: Monday to FridayWhat You’ll Do

Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and coordination of tradespeople to meet operational requirements
Assign work and allocate manpower to optimize productivity and turnaround time
Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to technicians and apprentices
Ensure quality workmanship through in-process and post-repair inspections
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, OHSE standards, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and review work orders, service quotes, warranty documentation, and technical reports
Support customer service efforts by resolving service issues and communicating repair solutions
Coordinate work with lead hands, welders, subcontractors, and field service as required
Train, coach, and evaluate employees while supporting skill development and rotation opportunities
Assist with incident investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You BringThe successful candidate is a strong people leader with deep technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, shop-based environment. They combine hands-on supervisory experience with a safety-first mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to developing others. Other requirements include:

2+ years’ supervisory experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment
Thorough working knowledge of Komatsu and other OEM equipment
Strong understanding of OH&S legislation, safety management systems, and inspection requirements
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage shop resources effectively
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making
