Client Location: Toronto (Onsite/Hybrid: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an experienced Intermediate Business Analyst to support complex digital initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, IAM specialists, UX designers, and application development groups to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support delivery of modern digital workflows and authentication processes.ScopeLead and participate in requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical teams.Review, prepare, and document business requirements (BRD), functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Analyze authentication workflows, login processes, IAM data flows, SSO/MFA requirements, and identity lifecycle models.Assignment DeliverablesBusiness Requirements Document (BRD)Functional & Non-Functional Requirements PackageLogin workflow models, IAM data flows, and use-case documentationCurrent state and future state process models.Expertise RequiredMust Have:5+ years of Business Analyst experience in large, complex enterprise environments.5+ years of demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, NFR, user stories).5+ years of experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.5+ years of proficiency with BA tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, process modelling tools such as Visio).Strong skills in workflow modelling, process mapping, and developing current/future state diagrams.Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.Experience collaborating with UX designers to document user needs.Experience supporting test phases (reviewing test cases, validating requirements coverage, contributing to UAT planning).Nice to Have:Experience in digital identity or authentication (IAM) BA work.Experience working within public-sector environments.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
