- Build effective partnerships with internal (i.e. executives and management across the organization) and external (i.e. vendors and consultants) contacts
- Supports the Director, Total Rewards & Performance by providing analysis and recommendations on program design and market competitiveness
- Provide analytical and administrative support for major plan processes including but not limited to:
- Cash compensation programs including, commission, market analysis, and job evaluation
- Bonus/Incentive programs for all levels of eligible participants
- Benefit programs including annual re-enrollment activities
- Retirement Savings Plans
- Annual Performance Cycle
- Employee Recognition Programs
- Absence Management
- Support the annual performance and reward cycles, including forecasts and modelling of budgets and accruals for STIP and merit programs, preparing adjacent communications in support of the annual performance cycle, and ensuring data readiness data analysis for all bonus calculations
- Develop, maintain, and update communication & training materials for all Total Rewards activities across the organization i.e. guides, plan documents, marketing collateral, webinars etc.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting for all Total Rewards programs
- Perform audits on Total Rewards related processing to ensure compliance with internal and external standards including legislation changes and market movement
- Identify and recommend opportunities for the improvement of processes and policies related to Total Rewards to enhance the performance and understanding of programs and to reduce administration
- Keep pulse on market trends and ensure awareness of Total Rewards related legislation changes
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to inquiries and escalations
- Manage the annual compensation survey submission process by participating, reviewing and analyzing survey data and results
- Post-secondary degree in a related field equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of successful analytical experience in a retail organization
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills
- Experience with Workday
- Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
