- Market-Development: Actively participating in the development of our key markets specifically for the mechanical & electrical disciplines. This may include interaction with our clients, involvement in our key account management (KAM) meetings and establishing our pipeline of upcoming opportunities.
- Proposal Supervision: Coordinate and/or participate in the preparation of our proposals opportunities within the mechanical & electrical practice.
- Project Management: Acting as a project manager, discipline lead, or design engineer (design, technical) for project execution.
- Personnel Coordination: As required, supervising and coordinating personnel assigned to projects.
- Mentorship and support to the team: Acting as a mentor for engineers and technicians.
- Innovation and Design: Drive engineering innovation by exploring new technologies, materials, and design methodologies.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) in British Columbia (Registered in other provinces is an asset).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on complex electrical building systems and designing building services in a variety of building types, especially light industrial, healthcare, transportation facilities, and municipal buildings. Minimum of 15 years’ experience working with relevant codes including, BCBC, NBC, CEC, ASHRAE 90.1, relevant CSA Standards (C282, Z32, Z317.5, B44, etc.), ULC-S524 and S537.
- Have participated in market development. Strategic vision. Experience in managing client relationship; public sector an asset. Proven ability to achieve business development and client relationship development objectives. Foster and maintain senior-level client relationships across government entities, operators, and developers.
- Support bids and commercial strategy development for healthcare, transportation and institutional projects. Oversee and manage bids/ proposal and delivery of projects. (pre and post tender).
- Drive commercial performance, resource planning, and project delivery across a multidisciplinary team.
