🔹 What You’ll Do
Warm Lead Engagement: You will not be cold calling. You will conduct structured, consultative conversations with warm enquiries generated through our proven business system.Consultative Guidance: You will facilitate professional interviews and guide individuals through a structured decision process to assess their alignment with our leadership frameworks.Brand Ownership: While using our successful model, you will build out your own brand identity and professional presence as a leader in success education.◇ What We’re Looking For
The Pedigree: Minimum 7 to 15 plus years of professional experience, ideally at a Director, VP, or Head of Function level.The Background: A strong history in HR, People Partnering, or Leadership Development is essential.The Mindset: Brave and bold individuals who are ready to trade the corporate safety net for the benefits of ownership and are capable of being self-directed without being micromanaged.🔸 What You’ll Gain
