- Successfully meet or exceed daily inspection standards and productivity thresholds of specific areas as assigned.
- Ensure all incoming units are completed to standard prior to our guest’s arrival, cleaning & conducting touch ups as needed.
- Assist with the administration of departmental Incentive and Recognition Programs by documenting both standard and substandard cleans by Room Attendants in all units inspected.
- Communicate with Rooms Supervisors or Office Coordinator immediately if there are significant touch-ups in any rooms that are inspected.
- Report any and all damages or missing inventory in the units and any maintenance deficiencies to the Office Coordinator immediately
- Participate in Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to multi-task, work well under stress and meet targeted deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently, be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions, priorities, and unexpected situations.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays. This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy.
- Must possess safe work habits with an awareness of safe work procedures.
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and be able to wear latex or non-latex gloves when using chemicals.
- While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to sit, stand; walk; climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, and bend.
