
Payroll Administrator

- Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried employees and hourly contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Handle timesheets for contracted staff and resolve any related issues or discrepancies.
- Manage benefits-related tasks, including updates and coordination with external providers.
- Oversee accounts payable tasks, including invoice approvals and weekly cheque runs.
- Collaborate with leadership to review and approve payroll reports before submission.
- Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all payroll and accounts payable activities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable functions.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and payment processing.
- Solid understanding of time tracking systems and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience with external audits and providing supporting documentation.
