Surgery, Psychiatry, Ob/Gyn, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Urology and an Inpatient Rehabilitation program.Work Profile
- 37 000 annual ER visits
- 40 hours of physician coverage per day combined between main ED and fast track
- Flexible shift rotations available
- Supplementary earning opportunities: additional ER hours, surgical assists
- The ED/ICU is staffed by a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists; as well as social services, pastoral care, crisis intervention, speech, occupational and physio therapists.
(Candidates with similar work experience may be considered on an individual basis)US Board Certified Physician are eligible for independent license in OntarioPhysicians with Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO.Physicians that have successfully completed the RCPSC specialty examination via the RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route and hold the MCCQE1 exam are eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO.Emergency Experience; current ACLS, and ATLSExperience working with teams and possessing strong interpersonal and collaborative skillsThere is the potential to have a robust, full-time, rewarding career working in a collegial environment.
