  • You have proven experience working with a General Contractor on comparable ICI projects
  • You're collaborative by nature, with strong communication skills that build trust across teams
  • You lead with a safety-first mindset and are passionate about maintaining high standards on-site
  • You know how to bring stakeholders together to keep projects on track and milestones met
  • You bring hands-on experience across ICI construction, including interiors and new builds
  • You're open and flexible to travel across Southwestern Ontario
