This is a great opportunity to support our sales teams with effective sales and marketing support.You will have the opportunity to:Support the duties of the Strategic Resource team and Chief Sales Office (CSO) in the Chilliwack office:Provide ongoing assistance to colleagues using various sales tools and resources in particular:Be a “power user” for MS Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as customized for HUB (CORE), including troubleshooting, best practices and facilitating training for new sales producers in the use of the system.Create and execute mass email sends and campaigns in MS Dynamics 365 for account teams or Marketing Communications; support account teams with access to MS D365.Be a power user of the HUB Intranet, including navigation, capabilities, training, and troubleshooting.Assist with the organization of and attend monthly sales meetings:Participate in planning callCompile monthly reports/data as neededCreate slides and identify relevant videos, images, quotations, etc.Maintain annual calendar for other training/orientation sessions throughout the year.Participates in event planning/organizing:Assist with planning and logistics for regional sales conferences, and other sales events, including ordering marketing supplies.Manage logistics for sales training sessions.Research, recommend and implement special projects and/or initiatives such as sales contests as required by the CSO or other members of the CSO Team.Collaboration with the Strategic Resource Managers on all aspects of sales enablementCollaboration with the Field Marketing team on regional initiativesSupport the SRM with the following:Data management/analysis/presentationSales activity reports from CORE for the CSO, understand CORE dashboards.Cross-sell activity reports, including compiling data, tracking trendsCoordinate internal and external meetings for the CSO, including booking locations when needed, conference call logistics (including technical setup and troubleshooting), and preparation of agendas and presentations.Pull and scrub client lists for marketing emails.Support Sales Team members with the following:Handle requests for HUB logos by 3rd partiesHandle requests from colleagues for HUB banners/tradeshow boothAssist account teams to “polish” new business presentations in Word and PowerPoint, ensuring brand alignmentAssist with the creation of marketing collateral using HUB templatesFollow up on referrals from trade shows and website referrals.Generate and validate prospect lists and engage appropriate HUB sales contacts.Establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve the goals of the CSO and SRM Teams and the organization.Qualifications and Experience:Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years experience working in a corporate environment in an administration/coordination or sales and/or marketing support role dealing with people internally and externally, data analytics, event management, project management, etc.Prior experience supporting a sales team desiredIntellectually curious, driven to learn, resourcefulAdvanced proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup, graphs), PowerPoint, OutlookGraphic design skills, including advanced proficiency in Adobe products such as InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.Technically savvy - ability to quickly learn, use and train on various systems, e.g. CRM.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsMust excel in a multi-deadline, fast-paced environment; excellent organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to be proactive, anticipatory, and handle confidential materialAbility to work independently and in a collaborative teamStrong attention to detailCustomer focusedThe expected salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, and experience.
