Financial Analyst

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
• Actively participate in month-end financial close and reporting processes, conducting monthly financial analyses to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
• Report monthly financial results and implement cost management initiatives to reduce spending and lower unit costs.
• Support annual planning processes through financial analysis and data entry.
• Oversee annual physical inventory and track off-site inventories monthly.
• Prepare quarterly inventory reserves and coordinate dealer agreement issuance.
• Ensure full compliance with Sales & Use Tax filings for relevant provinces.
• Conduct quarterly self-assessment of corporate guideline compliance.
• Support annual external audits, including document preparation and responding to auditors' inquiries.

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience supporting managers and directors in finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills essential, proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams also necessary.
• Database manipulation experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in comprehending and analyzing a wide range of materials including general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

• Direct Hire Position
• Payrate: $70,000 - 75,000 annually
• Day Shift, Full-Time, Monday - Friday
