What we are building next is a company that executes and grows at scale.We are hiring a VP of Operations to take full ownership of performance across the portfolio — someone who can drive results today while helping build the next stage of the company.This role is designed for an operator who wants to step into true business ownership, with a trajectory toward executive leadership.The RoleYou are accountable for performance and growth across all locations and brands.This includes:
- Revenue and profitability across the portfolio
- Operational consistency and execution
- Expansion and growth of new and existing revenue streams
- Performance and accountability of all location leaders
- Building systems that scale across multiple brands
- Direct ownership of 10–20+ locations or equivalent complexity
- Managed $10M–$30M+ total portfolio revenue
- Strong command of:
- Revenue drivers
- Labor and cost structures
- Unit-level profitability
- Proven track record of:
- Identifying underperformance quickly
- Implementing changes that improve revenue and/or profitability
- Able to clearly articulate:
- What you changed
- How you executed
- What results were achieved
- Experience driving top-line growth across multiple units or concepts
- Strong understanding of:
- Sales and conversion
- Retention and client lifecycle
- New revenue streams and product expansion
- Built or implemented:
- KPI frameworks
- Reporting systems
- Standardized processes across locations
- Able to simplify complexity and create repeatable systems
- Managed senior leaders (GMs / regional leads)
- Comfortable holding high standards and making difficult calls
- Operates with a mindset of “this is my business,” not “this is my role”
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field
- 8–15+ years of progressive experience in operations
- 4–6+ years in a multi-unit leadership role with full P&L ownership
- Demonstrated ability to manage both performance and growth across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen, including:
- Reading and interpreting P&Ls
- Identifying key business drivers
- Making decisions based on data
- Experience in high-growth or multi-brand environments
- Exposure to both turnaround situations and expansion phases
- Experience building or scaling standardized operating systems
- Limited to single-location or support roles without full ownership
- Inability to clearly speak to numbers, metrics, and business impact
- Strong in operations but weak in driving revenue and growth
- Preference for structure without accountability
- Highly execution-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable operating in both strategy and detail
- Motivated by building and scaling a business
- Looking for a role with real ownership and long-term upside
- Take ownership of a multi-location, multi-brand business
- Build systems that scale across markets and concepts
- Drive both operational discipline and revenue growth

- Base salary: $120,000 – $150,000 CAD
- Performance-based bonus tied directly to revenue and profitability
