As a Business Information Management Analyst III, you will act as a critical link in the bank's financial reporting ecosystem. Your primary mission is to leverage data to analyze, address, and improve the accuracy of financial transactions for resources forward-deployed across various segments of the bank. You will navigate the complexities of a large-scale corporate environment to ensure that the financial book of record remains precise and actionable.Advantages

Responsibilities
  • Data Extraction & Assessment: Extract high volumes of data from Clarity (the financial book of record) and assess it to confirm the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify financial discrepancies, determine root causes (causations), and summarize findings for senior leadership.
  • Action Planning: Create and execute a plan to address financial fixes within the standard reporting cycle, ensuring all adjustments are completed accurately.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders, resources, and vendors to ensure financial integrity across departments.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and drive efficiency in future cycles.
  • Reporting: Devote significant time to high-level analysis and daily meetings (2-3 hours) to align on financial objectives and remediation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-7 years of overall professional experience, ideally within a large-scale corporate or financial services environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: * Advanced Excel: Expert-level skills in large data analysis, complex formulas, and merging disparate data files.
oClarity: Prior experience with Clarity PPM is a mandatory requirement for this role.
oFinancial Data: Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data sets.
  • Soft Skills: * Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
oExcellent communication and collaboration skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: While no specific business degree is required, equivalent professional experience in a quantitative or financial field is expected.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and project management.
