- Manage project schedules using tools like MS Project and prepare detailed look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate and issue site instructions, RFIs, and purchase orders as needed.
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and manage daily reports, site logs, and other required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site at all times.
- Assist in managing budgets and tracking project costs, including per diems and mileage reimbursements.
- Provide hands-on support in resolving on-site issues to minimize delays.
- Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of municipal and industrial construction processes.
- Experience in managing RFIs, site instructions, and purchase orders.
- Hands-on experience in addressing and resolving on-site challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Ability to travel around Ontario, as needed.
