The Site Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing daily on-site operations for municipal and industrial construction projects. This role involves ensuring project timelines, schedules, and quality standards are met while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules using tools like MS Project and prepare detailed look-ahead plans.
  • Coordinate and issue site instructions, RFIs, and purchase orders as needed.
  • Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare and manage daily reports, site logs, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site at all times.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking project costs, including per diems and mileage reimbursements.
  • Provide hands-on support in resolving on-site issues to minimize delays.

  • Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and project planning.
  • Strong knowledge of municipal and industrial construction processes.
  • Experience in managing RFIs, site instructions, and purchase orders.
  • Hands-on experience in addressing and resolving on-site challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
  • Ability to travel around Ontario, as needed.
