Job DescriptionEnsure the proper and timely sorting of emails, logging of entries, and clearance of shipments. (Specificity to Truck clearances) Providing an exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department.Major Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional customer service
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
Receive shipment notifications
Verify all charges due
Surrender docs and payment to obtain freight release
Review documents and prioritize
Submit docs to customs
Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts
Support operations where needed
Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year
LVS Clearances & Management

QualificationsQualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook and various PC based software
Willingness to learn and develop the industry skills
Sense of urgency
