Job Title: MEAN Stack Developer (Intermediate/Senior)
Location: Toronto, ON (4 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $45/hourJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEAN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience and the ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies.Required Experience and Skills:
  • 3 7 years of experience as a Full Stack or MEAN Stack Developer
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (version 6 or above)
  • 3+ years of experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 2+ years of experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
  • 2+ years of experience developing backend services using Java Spring Boot
  • 3+ years of experience building RESTful APIs and web services
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack
  • Design and implement responsive user interfaces using Angular
  • Build and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure code quality, organization, and adherence to best practices
Nice to Have:
  • 1 2 years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
  • Experience with OpenShift or similar cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Kibana or Dynatrace
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Prior experience in the Wealth Management domain
