This course explores various disabilities and their impact on motor, sensory, and cognitive functioning and overall well-being. Students will learn strategies to support the physical activity of persons with disabilities in a variety of physical activity settings, inclusive teaching and assessment methods, and how to design individualized exercise programs to enhance the well-being of persons with disabilities.
