QualificationsWho’s a good fit for the team:· Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills· Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people· Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities· Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approachMust be available for shift work; both 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts may be required.PepsiCo may use Artificial Intelligence as part of its hiring process.
