- Provide Premier Equipment‘s customers with an above average level of customer support encouraging allegiance and professionalism and enhancing the customer’s experience.
- Support Customer Service Initiatives and other corporate initiatives.
- Perform administrative responsibilities department work orders such as opening, maintaining, adding comments, invoicing and filing.
- Use the Parts Inventory system (EQUIP) to properly post parts to repair orders and pick parts for technician jobs.
- Receipt and inventory parts transfers on a daily basis using EQUIP.
- Ensure miscellaneous charges such as service accessories, trucking charges, service call charges, dyno charges, etc. are applied to each work order accordingly.
- Assist with incoming store phone calls.
- Ensure all accounts payable invoices utilize purchase order system and are properly posted to appropriate work order.
- Daily monitoring of service department’s payroll, ensuring accuracy for technician and Labour Performance.
- Schedule service departments trucking as required.
- Promote a safe, clean and healthy environment within the service department.
- Complete other Parts and Service duties as assigned by store leadership. Qualifications:
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions. Willingness to learn new department specific computer applications.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to follow defined procedures.
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agricultural equipment an asset.
- Parts Inventory Tracking systems an asset
- Rotating Saturdays will be required.
