- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Sales Incentive Compensation modules
- Manage crediting logic, quota-based plans, and performance measures
- Support incentive calculation runs, validation, and reconciliation processes
- Analyze incentive issues and clearly explain calculation logic to business users
- Work with sales organization structures, hierarchies, and compensation cycle management
- Configure user roles, privileges, and custom roles within Oracle Fusion
- Support Redwood user experience configuration for CX modules
- Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- 7 or more years of experience in sales performance management or sales incentive compensation
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Sales Incentive Compensation
- Strong understanding of sales commissions, incentives, bonus structures, and crediting logic
- Experience supporting quarterly or monthly compensation cycles in production environments
- Knowledge of user roles, privileges, and custom role configuration in Oracle Fusion
- Familiarity with Redwood user experience for CX and AI Agent Studio
- Strong functional and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales, Sales Cloud, or related modules
- Experience integrating sales transaction data from upstream systems such as ERP or CPQ
- Exposure to incentive reporting and reconciliation
- Oracle Fusion certification in Sales or Incentive Compensation
- 6 month contract based in Brampton, ON
- Hybrid with 3 to 4 days onsite per week based on client requirement
