Great teamResponsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, restocking as needed
- Manually enter prescription information into the computer system- Kroll
-Dealing with back flow and follow up calls, calling patients about outstanding invoices,
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Data Entry, transferring files from their in-house program to Kroll
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns, resolving issues with prescriptions that haven't been filled
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication administration, doctors, insurance companies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Complete documentations such as third-party management and reconciliation, filling prescriptions, printing, invoices, etc.Experience:
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Software-Kroll
- Must speak fluent English, excellent communication, and customer service skills
- Must have adjudication and third party billing experience
- Pharmacy Assistant Experience, min 6-months
- Clear Criminal check required
