The Corporate Accountant will support full-cycle accounting and play a key role in financial reporting, project analysis, and process improvement.Corporate Accountant responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for the corporate entity
Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support internal reporting related to real estate projects and investments
Assist with year-end preparations
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls
Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
The successful candidate has:
3 or more years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate or a project-based environment
A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
Proficiency with SAGE
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first approach
Compensation and benefits:
Salary range is $70,000 â $85,000 depending on experience
Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
