We take ownership of ongoing processes and applications, using data, technology, and industry expertise to deliver consistent performance, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes-allowing our clients to focus on strategic priorities.We are hiring Technology Operations Analyst I to join our Managed Services team, responsible for supporting and maintaining business-critical applications for our clients. In this operational role, you will provide day-to-day application support, manage incident and service request queues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous service improvement in a multi-client environment.This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.Your key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day application support by managing incidents, service requests, and issues in line with defined SLAs.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
  • Support change and release activities, including testing, deployment validation, and documentation.
  • Maintain operational documentation such as playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve issues, communicate updates, and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and attributes for successStrong verbal and written communication skills are important.Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams.To qualify for the role you must haveDiploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.0-2 years of experience in technical operations, software development, or IT support.Ideally, you'll also haveAdvanced programming or scripting language certifications (e.g., Java, Python, or PowerShell).Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.Hands on experience with Guidewire Insurance platform.Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with basic development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.What we look forWe look for individuals who take initiative, demonstrate strong technical judgment, and show the ability to lead through influence. EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
  • Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria/Dieppe :$48,000 to $72,000
