At MSCP, we believe the best results come from clear communication, aligned teams, continuous improvement, and protecting the flow of work across the business, not from silos, micromanagement, or reactive firefighting.We are looking for a Project Manager who can help lead projects strategically, support field leadership, and strengthen client confidence through professional, organized, and forward-thinking leadership.Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of assigned work by coordinating internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping projects stay aligned from planning through execution.This role is best suited for someone who can operate at both a big-picture strategic level and a practical operational level, someone who understands field realities, communicates effectively, and can help remove barriers before they become problems.At MSCP, this is not a role focused purely on day-to-day task chasing.
