- Managing a group of engineers and technologists to deliver technically excellent work with exceptional service for clients.
- Leading the group to deliver successful financial results.
- Promoting staff development and career planning through coaching and mentoring of team members.
- Identifying team needs and developing and recruiting to strengthen the team.
- Drafting and executing annual business plans in line with Group and Division goals.
- Managing and developing client relationships.
- Developing and maintaining networks within the industry.
- Leading the pursuit, strategy development, execution and review of proposals.
- Managing projects, delivering successful outcomes for clients and achieving intended financial performance, budget and schedule metrics.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, design briefs, design drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, reports, and studies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Engineering Degree or an Engineering Technology Diploma.
- Eligible for registration with APEGA or ASET.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and management of infrastructure projects.
- Minimum of 5 years working in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the duties listed above.
- Valid driver’s license.
