- supporting all Technical Operations focused activities, including organization of Technical Operations Working Group (TOWG) meetings, its reporting Task Forces meetings, and related IATA events
- participating in daily management of IATA specific project activities by completing administrative and/or Subject Matter Expert (SME) tasks, including the processing of domain tailored surveys, data, information and drafting of IATA documents
- You will be involved in the follow-up of actions agreed during specific calls and meetings initiated by the technical operations team, keeping track on their progress and visibility to the concerned IATA internal stakeholders.
- You will be tasked with pursuing the collection, centralization and appropriate visualization of data, information and feedback related to above, including their readiness for and upload to corresponding IATA internal databases and intranet pages.
- Your day would occasionally involve ad-hoc research in aviation technical operations' areas and issues emerged during progress of projects which IATA FTO initiates, contributes/participates to or follows-up.
- You will be required to prepare, contribute to or coordinate, as applicable, initial or final draft of meeting minutes (MoM), presentations, survey reports, white papers, guidance material and best industry practices manuals under FTO mandate.
- In close collaboration with the technical team, you will carry out, as assigned, the tasks required to support on-going or new initiatives and projects involving FTO contributions at the IATA core or regional level.
- You've recently graduated (i.e. within the last 12 months) a University with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (e.g., Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer) or Business Administration.
- You are employing a high level of interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and persistent can-do attitude in the interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a demonstrated ability to interact effectively in an international and multicultural environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- You have very good English language skills with a reasonable command of aviation-specific vocabulary; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- You are highly computer literate with strong user capabilities of Ms Office and Adobe Acrobat, and you are conversant with using Teams, SharePoint and PowerBI.
