- Support the design, delivery, and execution of a 3-year compensation simplification roadmap, using data to streamline structures, processes, and policies.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets related to pay, incentives, and benefits across multiple systems (HRIS, payroll, survey data).
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that track compensation trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in current compensation structures and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance leaders to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support annual compensation cycles by preparing data, validating outcomes, and ensuring consistency with established guidelines.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to leadership to inform decision-making around pay practices, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
- Stay informed on compensation market practices and trends, ensuring Lifemark’s approach is competitive and sustainable.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in Compensation, HR analytics, Total Rewards, Data Analyst or related role.
- Strong background in analyzing compensation and rewards data, with experience supporting pay program design and delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS systems (ADP, Workday) preferred.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manipulate large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to explain complex analyses to business and HR leaders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
