- Impactful work: Be part of a team handling payroll for 4,000 employees across Canada.What You'll Do:- Manage the full payroll cycle across multiple provinces, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
- Prepare and process accurate pay runs, including hours, salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Handle source deductions, adjustments, and year-end reporting (T4s, RL-1s).
- Verify timesheets and attendance records for accurate data entry.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support process improvements and provide timely payroll reporting.What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of payroll experience (HR/payroll or pure payroll accepted).
- Experience with Canadian payroll taxes; multi-province knowledge is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with ADP GlobalView or similar payroll platforms preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A trusted professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion.Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec
