Bilingual Director, Medical Centre- Permanent

• Contribute to the training of master's students by providing guidance and a supervised framework for applying their knowledge
• Work with patients and their families to deliver psychotherapy services in a caring and efficient environment
• Develop and refine internal policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with legislative frameworks around delivering mental health services
• Work collaboratively with faculty members to support the development of the centre and its activities
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to deliver services in a caring, professional environment
• Oversee all operations, directly supervising staff, managing budgets and representing the centre to senior management

• Graduate degree in counselling or a related discipline authorizing the practice of psychotherapy
• Member in good standing with the CRPO with autonomous practice rights or another equivalent professional order
• Five years of experience in the mental health field, ideally with management experience
• Knowledge of the laws, code of ethics and professional practice standards governing psychotherapy in Ontario, as well as their application
• Bilingual French/English is mandatory
