Job Title: Loan Transaction Coordination
Location: Montreal, QC (hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: C$30 - C$40 per HourIntroductionJoin our dynamic team within the Credit & Portfolio Management Americas department. We are a transversal team serving the CIB Americas Corporate Platform, focusing on safeguarding the Bank through effective controls, providing top-tier client service, and managing complex transactions.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (VBA is an asset), and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.
  • Data Analytics and/or Data Management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in a changing work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Assist in security package key data quality indicator monitoring and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of End-to-End Capital Requirements under Basel IV.
  • Assist in monitoring and escalation of principal, interest, and fee past dues.
  • Engage with team leaders and stakeholders to contribute to process improvements.
