- Execute day-to-day operational and administrative support for multiple applications owned and managed by the team, including access management.
- Provide ongoing application support to business partners and users, ensuring issues and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Document and maintain all business-owned artifacts required for projects and major initiatives in accordance with enterprise project delivery and application lifecycle practices.
- Support and contribute input to scorecards, dashboards, and operational monitoring metrics for applications.
- Manage and maintain Business Operations documentation required to support BAU activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Implement enhancements to existing workflows to improve automation, standardization, and overall efficiency.
- Support change management activities to ensure project and release changes are transitioned effectively into BAU operations.
- Assist with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for projects and release maintenance activities.
- Adhere to the EPMO project management methodology and established delivery practices.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Governance Framework and related enterprise standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of supported technologies, business domains, and products/services.
- Support the development of business cases, including benefits identification, where required.
- Participate fully as a member of the team, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Support knowledge transfer by continuously enhancing expertise and sharing knowledge within the team and business unit.
- Remain current on emerging trends, tools, and techniques relevant to business application management.
- Participate in performance management and development activities, including cross-training.
- Keep stakeholders informed of the status and progress of assigned work and activities.
- Contribute to team success by assisting others and providing guidance or training as appropriate.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the business area and TD, both internally and externally.
- Participate in cross-functional groups or committees to support broader knowledge sharing.
- Professional role focused on providing functional and specialized business application management support within defined parameters.
- Requires sound knowledge of supported applications, including system components, interfaces, data flows, and business rules.
- Solid conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within the area of specialty.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
- May lead small initiatives or support workstreams within larger projects.
- Executes work of moderate complexity with a short- to medium-term focus.
- Work is generally reviewed by a more senior Business Analyst or Manager.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in business application support or operations.
- Required: JIRA, Confluence.
- Nice to have: exposure to cloud platforms, AI initiatives, or data-driven environments.
