Sales Development Representative (Bilingual)

- Prospection:
- Identify and source clients opportunities through inbound Marketing lead follow-ups (MQLs) and outbound cold calls, emails, and clients/prospects visits. Research a predetermined list of clients in the public sector, understand the market constraints, qualify the addressable market via a questionnaire, identify key players and generate interest.
- Revenue Generation:
- Initiate the first customer meetings and pre-qualify an opportunity based on the CRM pre-established criteria. Document the CRMs and engage the sales team.
- Organic growth:
- Support and execute the Go-to-Market strategy and build a pipeline of organic growth prospects geographically or for new products/solutions.
- Identify, research and evaluate attractive clients based on Miovision’s customer criteria in public sector industries
- Use different sales tools to research and identify key decision makers within targeted accounts and regions
- Proactively call and mature prospects from lead sources to sales qualified opportunities
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up tactics
- Evangelize prospects on Miovision’s technology value identifying customer needs and business opportunities
- Actively participate in all marketing efforts including digital campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and social media channels
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in Miovision’s CRM (Salesforce)
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and trade shows
- Provide Demos when needed
- Work in partnership with the sales team to qualify the right set of opportunities.
- Bachelor degree in Business or related/equivalent field
- 0-3 years of business development or inside sales experience, preferably selling B2B software solutions
- Strong knowledge of English, and a second language of Spanish or German
- Proven track record with converting cold calls and emails to qualified sales opportunities
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales development targets
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to use active listening, curiosity and empathy in order to build rapport with all seniority levels.
