Salary: $75K to $85KOur client is looking for a Technology Analyst. This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary, bonus, and full employee benefits.Your new role:As a Technology Analyst, you'll serve as a subject-matter expert and provide Level 3 (L3) support for NCR systems. You'll work closely with business and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot escalated issues, and contribute to system enhancements that improve performance and stability.Key responsibilities:- Deliver advanced L3 support for NCR NBO (Backoffice Manager & Backoffice Switchboard) and NCR POS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with business and vendor stakeholders to optimize NCR back-office and POS systems.
- Support upgrades, configurations, and integration projects.
- Ensure system reliability and business continuity across a high-volume environment.What you bring:- Deep knowledge of NCR NBO (Backoffice Manager & Switchboard).
- Hands-on experience with NCR POS.
- Proven track record providing L3-level support in enterprise or retail environments.
