We live in a multi-generational home filled with both love and pets. Must be comfortable with animals, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in care of my beloved children, with tasks such as diaper changing and maintaining change areas, bathing, feeding, cleaning bottles, meal prepping, nap time, laundry and light housework/tidying. In between these fundamental duties, your role will also include the fun part, you will get to engage my son in daily activities such as reading, music/dancing, playtime, swimming and attend the local drop-in at the community centre to engage with other children. For my son, I am keen on maintaining a pescatarian diet with lots of veggies and he enjoys fruits for snacks! I have freshly prepared all his meals to date and would like to maintain that. He has a hearty appetite and good meal time manners. For my daughter, who is arriving on the 21st of May via c-section, I am planning to breastfeed and pump for nighttime use. However, I am not opposed to using formula to ensure I rest adequately for healing post-delivery. I am looking for short term help for June overnights on friday and saturday to assist in my sleep for recovery. I'm expecting this to be a full-time role requiring between 30-40 hours weekly. The preferred work schedule is as follows; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for assistance with my son and Friday and Saturday overnights with my daughter. The preferred start date is April 30th, 2026. Whether you prefer a live-in or live-out arrangement is not a problem.
