- Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, which is high-volume and fast-paced.
- Lead month-end processes and reporting for AP, AR, and all other transactions.
- Monitor complex cash flow and prepare/analyze cash flow statements and reports.
- Complete complex foreign exchange analyses for multiple entities.
- Lead an SAP implementation project with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail, and continue to monitor and improve the technology and systems used by the accounting department.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
- Evaluate systems, software, and workflow, and implement process improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume accounting environment, ideally in a supervisory capacity
- 3+ years leading complex cashflow forecasting and foreign exchange analysis
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; CPA preferred
- Proficiency with SAP required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Strong communication skills
