Talent Acquisition Partner

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for roles across Poland, Kazakhstan, and other regional markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and hiring top talent.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract multilingual and market-specific talent.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously across various functions and geographies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, supporting a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

• Fluency in Russian, Polish, and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in end-to-end (360) recruitment, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Experience sourcing talent across multiple markets, particularly in Central & Eastern Europe and Kazakhstan.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• An organized, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure in a flexible, hybrid work setting.
