- Site Builds & Production Oversight
- Lead site visits and operational flags during the site map making process
- Able to read and interpret site maps
- Lead on-site builds and oversee all physical production elements
- Manage staging, structural elements, power, and technical production requirements
- Supervise installation, testing, and strike at each location
- Ensure builds are executed efficiently, safely, and to scope
- Asset Production & Maintenance
- Oversee asset production, finishing, quality control, and readiness for deployment
- Manage ongoing asset maintenance, repairs, and replacements throughout the tour lifecycle
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and transport of all materials and equipment
- Health & Safety Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive health & safety plans for all sites
- Ensure compliance with municipal, provincial/state, and federal regulations
- Conduct site risk assessments and enforce safety protocols
- Lead safety briefings and maintain incident reporting standards
- Logistics & Trucking
- Develop load-in and load-out plans for each market
- Design and manage truck packs for maximum efficiency and asset protection
- Coordinate freight schedules, routing, and on-site unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking across tour stops
- On-Site Leadership
- Lead crews and local labor teams during builds and strikes
- Troubleshoot production challenges in real time
- Confidently operate equipment as needed, including forklifts
- Maintain clear communication between internal teams, vendors, and field staff
- Strong background in live event production and site build execution
- Proven experience managing load-in/load-out operations and truck packs
- Expertise in asset production, maintenance, and repair management
- Experience developing and implementing health & safety plans
- Knowledge of municipal permitting and on-site compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational and logistical planning skills
- Comfortable and confident operating forklifts and supporting hands-on builds
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing crews and vendors
- Ability to travel extensively across Canada for the duration of the contract
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Ability to perform physical production duties, including equipment handling
- Adherence to all local, provincial/state, and federal regulations
- Valid driver's license
